Assuming you actually make it all way home with your strawberry purchase, and assuming you can resist eating the whole berries while standing at the kitchen counter… I know, I am making a lot of assumptions here… our recipe of the week is super simple strawberry preserves from Bon Appétit magazine.

Hmmm, should have checked out the site before I did my jam-making today and maybe I’d have tried the recipe of the week. But I’ve always been happy with my plain and simple recipe from inside the Sure-Jell box, too.
