On Thursday, May 22nd, the Nutrition Food Management class at OSU will be presenting “A Taste of the Valley” at Pangea Restaurant in the Memorial Union on campus.
The students have designed their own menu featuring local, fresh, organic ingredients from around the valley. They invite you to support sustainability!
The event will run from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Offerings from the menu include a salmon burger, penne with chicken and spring vegetables, quiche, a turkey cranberry arugula sandwich, a spinach and strawberry salad with goat cheese, and more!
They will also offer strawberry lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich.
